ABOUT US

Adam made his first real estate investment in 1996 when he bought a historic building in downtown Harrison, Ohio and renovated it into a multi-use space. He opened Market Street Grille in 2000 on the ground floor of the building, sold the venture to his family (where they still manage the casual fine dining restaurant to this day), and turned his focus to full-time real estate investing.

For nearly 25 years, Adam has gained broad experience and numerous valuable industry connections in the greater Cincinnati real estate market. He acquired many multi-family buildings and properties to manage and rent, and in 2007 got his real estate license, enabling him to find and sell his properties. By 2016, Adam had acquired and managed over 100 units.

Adam soon realized he had an incredible talent for finding and vetting distressed properties, paving the way for real estate investors to fix and flip, or to hold as rentals.

It's this expertise that Adam has built his wholesale real estate and mortgage note business upon and his passion and dedication has made ALMA one of the leading wholesale property companies in the area.
